LISC is seeking a Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer to lead the development and execution of a human capital strategy. This role involves overseeing talent management, change management, organizational performance management, employee engagement, training, learning and development, benefits, succession planning, internal communications, and culture initiatives.Responsibilities include:
- Developing leadership resources and tools.
- Supporting coaching and skill development.
- Benchmarking performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Leading change management efforts.
- Leading the talent development planning process.
- Developing employee onboarding, development & retention strategies.
- Overseeing HR operations.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience leading people strategies.
- HR experience in the Financial Services field is highly desired.
- Experience interacting with executive leadership.
- Knowledge of federal and state labor law and regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
