Job Description
LISC is seeking a Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer to lead the development and execution of a human capital strategy. This role involves overseeing talent management, change management, organizational performance management, employee engagement, training, learning and development, benefits, succession planning, internal communications, and culture initiatives.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing leadership resources and tools.
  • Supporting coaching and skill development.
  • Benchmarking performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Leading change management efforts.
  • Leading the talent development planning process.
  • Developing employee onboarding, development & retention strategies.
  • Overseeing HR operations.
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience leading people strategies.
  • HR experience in the Financial Services field is highly desired.
  • Experience interacting with executive leadership.
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor law and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
