Senior, Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

SonderMind is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their team and build AI-powered tools for mental healthcare. This role involves developing software that enhances provider capabilities and transforms the lives of clients. The engineer will contribute to product enhancements and optimize customer acquisition.

• Designing and implementing full-stack features using Angular/Typescript, CSS, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, and Postgres.
• Participating in team-wide and engineering-wide design & architecture enhancements.
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining a high bar for quality by writing unit, functional, and end-to-end tests.
• Crafting high-quality code that meets internal standards.
• Consistently shipping features and improvements.
• Evaluating new tools and technologies.

• 4+ years of software development experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Angular.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or willingness to learn.
• Experience with relational databases like Postgres.
• Ability to communicate about complex technical problems.
