Copper is seeking a Reward and Employee Engagement Manager to join their People team. The role involves:
- Developing and delivering comprehensive reward strategies.
- Managing annual salary reviews and bonus cycles.
- Developing and implementing employee engagement strategies.
- Overseeing the design and administration of employee benefits programs.
- Analysing reward data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and managing recognition programs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in reward, compensation, or benefits roles.
- Experience in employee engagement or internal communications.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation benchmarking platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation design principles and legal compliance requirements.
- Experience designing and implementing strategies to enhance the employee journey.
- Knowledge to create and manage company-wide surveys and engagement tools.
- Expertise to build initiatives that align with company values and support employee well-being.
- Passion to drive employee engagement strategies.
- Experience of being a culture ambassador.
- Track record of creating and managing an effective internal communication strategy.
- Ability to analyse data and create actionable plans.
