Job Description
Culture Amp is seeking a VP of Total Rewards & People Operations to lead its global initiatives in Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Analytics. This role is based in Sydney and offers the opportunity to shape the employee experience and operational excellence for Culture Amp's employees (Campers). The VP will lead a globally distributed team, focusing on strategy, systems thinking, and building scalable, human-centered programs.

Role Involves:
  • Leading a global team across Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Analytics.
  • Owning the strategy, design, and execution of total rewards programs.
  • Guiding the strategic direction of executive compensation and equity.
  • Improving global employee lifecycle processes.
  • Driving HR technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Ensuring global compliance across employment law, benefits, and safety.
  • Driving people analytics as a key strategic enabler of decision intelligence.
  • Collaborating with Finance, Tech, and Legal to help Culture Amp scale.

Requirements:
  • Deep leadership experience in Total Rewards and/or People Operations at the VP or senior director level.
  • Experience owning and managing employee share option schemes.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in building systems that drive efficiency and scale.
  • Understanding of operating across multiple regions and legal frameworks.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Passion for making work better for people.
