Job Description

Capco is seeking a Principal Consultant | Securities Transformation Lead to join their team in Sydney, Australia. Capco is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in driving digital transformation in the financial services and insurance industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of program delivery experience, client management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The Principal Consultant will be responsible for delivering projects, working on client sites to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across financial services. He will manage projects and individual workstreams and communicate project statuses to senior management.

Role involves:

  • Delivering projects for leading financial services clients.
  • Defining and deconstructing problems.
  • Gathering performance, functional, user stories, and business process requirements.
  • Analyzing operational and financial data.
  • Managing projects and communicating statuses to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a management consultant or relevant change & transformation experience.
  • SME knowledge in Securities Services including a deep understanding of Fund Admin or Custody OR Transfer Agency.
  • Diverse problem-solving experience.
  • Strong understanding of Prince 2/Agile/Waterfall is preferred.
  • Strong experience in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
