Job Description
Motive is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own key experiences across fleet management. The role involves partnering with engineering, data, design, and GTM teams to deliver products for dispatchers, operators, and drivers. Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear, data-backed roadmap for product areas.
- Translate customer pain points into simple web and mobile workflows.
- Work with data scientists to turn sensor events into AI features.
- Establish success metrics, launch betas, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate across time zones with design, engineering, sales, support, and marketing.
- Spend time with dispatchers, drivers, and back-office teams to keep feedback loops tight.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B product management experience.
- Proven track record of shipping features that improve uptime, cost, safety, or efficiency.
- Comfort with data: SQL, dashboards, and turning numbers into decisions.
- Strong communication skills to align diverse global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with telematics, logistics tech, automotive systems, or industrial IoT is a plus.
- MBB experience is a plus.
