Senior Vice President, Scientific Services

dna Communications, an integrated medical communications agency and part of the IPG DXTRA Healthcare ecosystem, is seeking a Senior Vice President, Scientific Services (SVP, SS) to play a critical role in the agency's future success. The SVP, SS will be responsible for the scientific and strategic excellence of accounts across the Medical Education and Communications groups. They will oversee the content team, maintain key client relationships, and drive organic growth.

Role involves:

• Providing strategic advice and insights to clients
• Overseeing content development
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Ensuring team cohesion and motivation

Requirements:

• 12+ years’ experience in medical communications or equivalent
• Experience of leading a content team
• Experience of line management, coaching, and mentoring
• Strong science or medical background with a postgraduate degree
• Deep knowledge of medical communications and the healthcare environment
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Conversant with relevant codes of practice
