Account Director, Influencer Marketing

Job Description

Viral Nation is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead influencer marketing campaigns. The Account Director will be responsible for driving client programs, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.About Viral Nation:Viral Nation specializes in building social-first ecosystems for brands. • Owning and leading the execution of client scopes.
• Developing and implementing strategic direction for social and influencer campaigns.
• Managing influencer engagement, paid social, and measurement.
• Taking ownership of post-procurement influencer management.
• Managing team development and growth.
• Overseeing influencer marketing campaigns through VN’s proprietary platform(s).
• Fostering collaboration with Center of Excellence (COE) teams.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of digital/social/marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience managing multiple client portfolios.
• Expert knowledge of paid and organic influencer tactics.
• Proficiency in influencer management software.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Good understanding of paid and social amplification.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google, or other presentation software.
• Experience with cross-channel integration.
• Certification in Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School and/or Google Analytics.
• CRM software experience like Hubspot.
