Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive growth and profitability for the company's paid media portfolio across multiple channels and verticals.   • Taking ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Sourcing and managing creative assets for campaigns.
  • Planning, launching, and optimizing new campaigns with clear objectives.
  • Monitoring campaign health and performing routine optimizations.
  • Documenting tests and campaign changes, sharing learnings with stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
  • Utilizing competitive research tools to identify growth opportunities.
  • Becoming the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
