Warby Parker is seeking a motivated Store Leader for their new store opening in Baltimore, MD. This role, similar to a Store Manager, involves building and leading a team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors to execute processes and create excellent customer experiences. The Store Leader will drive the team to achieve performance goals and meet financial targets, while also collaborating with peers and sharing knowledge.
