Senior/Staff Product Manager, Care Delivery

Job Description

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Care Delivery team. This role focuses on helping providers deliver exceptional care to clients by evolving the in-house telehealth platform and building in-session features and between-session care resources. The Senior Product Manager will report to a Director of Product and work within a remote-friendly product team.

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the Care Delivery team.
• Collaborate with clinical and mobile teams to build a comprehensive ecosystem for supportive between-session experiences.
• Leverage AI to build cutting-edge products that support providers in delivering high-quality care.
• Identify new strategic opportunities and gaps to improve the care delivery experience.
• Set best practices and culture for product at Grow Therapy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in healthcare product management.
• Experience with AI and LLM tools or displayed interest in this space.
• Proven experience working effectively with other product, engineering teams, and/or clinical teams.
• Passionate about engaging with external users and understanding their unique challenges.
• Resourceful and resilient, able to think on your feet and overcome setbacks.
• Naturally collaborative and thrives on shared success.
