Guidepost Montessori is seeking an Assistant Director to join their team in Leavenworth, Kansas. The Assistant Head of School will collaborate closely with the Head of School to ensure a high-quality learning environment for children, exceptional customer service for parents, and a supportive work environment for staff. This role involves building community, working with parents, and leading community outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the creation of a strong school culture.
- Planning and hosting community outreach events.
- Giving tours to prospective families and managing the enrollment process.
- Managing day-to-day operations, including billing and supply ordering.
- Interfacing with parents to build community and resolve concerns.
Requirements:
- Director qualification.
- Early childhood education leadership experience.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Facility with computer systems and a high degree of personal initiative.
