LayerZero Labs is seeking a Technical Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its products. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver innovative solutions.Role involves:

• Developing a clear product vision and strategy.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Creating and maintaining a product roadmap.
• Ensuring user-centered product design.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Leading and driving the product development process.
• Coordinating and executing product launches.
• Analyzing product performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintaining a feedback loop with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management, with direct experience in web3, blockchain, or crypto-native environments.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
