Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Substitute Teacher to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms in Hollywood Beach, Florida. The role involves providing coverage when full-time teachers are absent. This is an excellent opportunity to join Guidepost Montessori and potentially transition into a full-time Assistant Teacher.Guidepost Montessori is dedicated to fostering independence and developing capable thinkers through authentic Montessori programs.Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms.
  • Providing coverage for full-time teachers who are out sick or on vacation.
Requirements:
  • Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Valid state background check.
  • Warm and friendly demeanor.
  • ECE units or recent teaching experience with children 0-6 (preferred).
