Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Substitute Teacher to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is an on-call position, and no formal Montessori training is required, as training will be provided during orientation. The Substitute Teacher role offers an excellent opportunity to join Guidepost Montessori, with potential transitions to full-time Assistant Teacher positions.

Role Involves:
  • Supporting multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms.
  • Providing coverage for full-time teachers who are absent.
  • Participating in orientation and on-boarding training.

Requirements:
  • Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Valid state background check.
  • Warm and friendly demeanor.
  • ECE units or recent teaching experience with children 0-6 (preferred).
