Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Substitute Teacher to join their team in Lynnwood, WA. The Substitute Teacher will support multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms and no formal Montessori training is required, as training will be provided during orientation. This is an on-call position that offers a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori, with potential to transition into a full-time Assistant Teacher role.

The role involves:
  • Supporting multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms.
  • Providing coverage when full-time teachers are out sick or on vacation.

Requirements:
  • Negative TB test within last 12 months.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Valid state background check.
  • Warm and friendly demeanor.
  • ECE units or recent teaching experience with children 0-6 (preferred).
