Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home service sector, is seeking a dedicated Auxiliaire de vie - week end (H/F) to provide meaningful support to elderly individuals in Grenoble. This role involves offering assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and essential care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of clients. The position is a permanent contract (CDI) under a mandate status, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.Ouihelp emphasizes adapting missions to fit the caregiver's daily life, offering stable schedules, optimizing travel time, and fostering strong relationships with clients and their families. • Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Performing essential care tasks

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's internal paid training
