AlphaSense is seeking an Analyst, Client & Product Support to join their growing Customer & Product Support (C&PS) team. This role is based in Mumbai and focuses on providing excellent customer service and technical support to maximize user value from the AlphaSense platform. The Analyst will act as the first line of support, addressing customer queries and issues, and collaborating with product management and engineering teams to drive future product developments. Role involves:
- Delivering world-class customer experience through timely and effective query resolution.
- Guiding customers through features and functionalities.
- Investigating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting customer issues via email, live chat, and support calls.
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical global stakeholders.
- Becoming an expert on the AlphaSense product and staying updated on new features.
- Contributing to knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a client/product support role.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team and build cross-group relationships.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
