ShipMonk, a leading 3PL provider for e-commerce brands, is seeking a Warehouse Lead for their Las Vegas, Nevada location. This role assists supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates. The ideal candidate will have warehousing experience and a proven track record in a leadership role.Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with department operations
• Leading the department in the absence of the supervisor and manager

Requirements:

• 1+ years in leadership role
• 1+ years warehousing experience
• Ability to stand for most of the day
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Inventory Experience
• Cycle Counting
• Detailed Oriented
• Inventory Management Systems
• Problem Solver
