Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior/Staff Engineer to join their Mid Platform (Boss Infra) team in Singapore. The company is a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, committed to reshaping the future through crypto and providing access to millions for crypto trading and decentralized applications.

The BOSS Middle Platform Infrastructure Team supports OKX's business lines, offering capabilities like business gateway, IAM, efficiency components, and security defense.

What this role involves:

  • Developing and optimizing capabilities for the Boss Middle Platform.
  • Participating in building the operational efficiency platform.
  • Optimizing system performance and tackling technical challenges.
  • Driving process optimization and facilitating cross-team communication.

Requirements for this role:

  • Solid foundation in Java with a deep understanding of JVM configuration optimization, IO, multithreading, concurrency frameworks, common data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with commonly used middleware such as MQ, RPC, caching, message queues, and MySQL, with extensive experience in handling online issues.
  • Knowledge of microservices, distributed system architecture, and principles.
  • Clear logic, quick thinking, and good communication skills.
  • Bilingual is highly preferred (Mandarin and English).
