Responsibilities:

Report directly to the foreman and follow instructions for daily job site operations. Drive company-issued vehicles as required. Assist with the installation of silt fences and super silt fences efficiently. Operate hand tools such as rakes, shovels, and brooms as needed. Follow directions from the crew foreman to complete tasks safely and effectively. For those with a valid driver's license, operate an F-450 dump truck with a trailer and either a bobcat or mini excavator (non-CDL).

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Must be eligible for employment in the United States Some construction or landscaping experience Ability to lift 50 lbs Previous experience with silt fence and erosion controls is a plus Bobcat and Mini Excavator operating experience is a plus Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

Employee must be physically fit to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Regularly required to sit and stand, must be able to use hands to fingers, handle or feel and verbally communicate and listen. Other physical requirements include walking, climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. Specific vision abilities required by the position include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
