The role involves:
- Defining and implementing a comprehensive talent development program.
- Developing and embedding management and leadership development programs.
- Designing and delivering core training programs.
- Creating and implementing leadership performance indicators and metrics.
- Leading leadership skills matrix for performance management.
- Setting up a global learning framework.
- Building and managing a team of Talent Development specialists.
- Applying a data-focused lens to understand trends and define career development frameworks.
- Managing the learning budget.
