The role involves:

  • Defining and implementing a comprehensive talent development program.
  • Developing and embedding management and leadership development programs.
  • Designing and delivering core training programs.
  • Creating and implementing leadership performance indicators and metrics.
  • Leading leadership skills matrix for performance management.
  • Setting up a global learning framework.
  • Building and managing a team of Talent Development specialists.
  • Applying a data-focused lens to understand trends and define career development frameworks.
  • Managing the learning budget.

The ideal candidate should have:
