Job Description
Canonical is seeking a Regional HR Manager - EMEA to support its growing global team. This role will report to the Global Head of HR and lead the EMEA HR team, ensuring precise and compliant HR operations. The Regional HR manager will partner with senior leadership, manage HR processes, and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Leading and scaling the regional HR team.
  • Delivering precise and compliant HR operations.
  • Collaborating with Talent Science and Workplace Engineering teams.
  • Managing talent development, succession planning, and performance assessments.
  • Coaching managers on employee relations issues.
  • Supporting training and development programs.
  • Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Designing new policies and delivering HR projects globally.
Canonical is looking for someone with:

  • HR experience across regions within a technology business.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment law across EMEA.
  • Fluency in business English.
