Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing top technical talent, managing recruitment processes, and enhancing our employer branding in the Taiwan region.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Conduct intense and creative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates in the Taiwan region, focusing on technical roles. Resource Management: Effectively manage external recruitment resources, including job boards, recruitment agencies, and other channels. Employer Branding: Enhance the company's branding and social media presence across various platforms to attract top talent. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice. Recruitment Coordination: Prepare and manage all necessary recruitment coordination tasks, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Requirements
1-3 years of experience in recruiting for technical positions, either in-house or within an agency. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other mainstream recruitment platforms. A proactive and creative mindset to develop and execute innovative sourcing methods.
Plus Points
Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Experience in campus recruiting.
