Job Description

Viral Nation is seeking a Strategist to conceptualize and build social media campaigns for its clients. The Strategist will utilize their extensive knowledge of social media, trends, and research data to elevate campaign and brand strategies. They will play a crucial role in helping to chart the path forward for clients and deliver exciting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in campaign development, deployment tactics, and proactive strategic social media planning.
• Develop brand platforms for clients.
• Perform qualitative market research and direct quantitative research when required.
• Work with clients to develop their social voice and persona.
• Lead strategic discussions and provide clear recommendations.
• Create Social Media Playbooks and best practice protocols.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
• Analyze data using measurement tools.
• Participate in new business pitch presentations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with strategy and social media platforms (agency experience preferred).
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Knowledge of key industries (CPG, Gaming, Tech, Retail).
• Ability to write informative briefs.
• Ability to translate direction into social media strategies.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytical tools.
• University degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience growing brands on social media.
