Job Description

Viral Nation is seeking a Community Manager to join their team in Toronto. The Community Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating organic content calendars for various social media platforms. They will provide strategic direction for posting across platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Discord, and Reddit for Viral Nation's clients. The role also involves monthly and quarterly social media reporting, providing insights on content performance and audience behavior. This person will also stay up-to-date of current best practices, and trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience with various social media platforms
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytical tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meltwater)
  • University degree or college diploma in a relevant field (marketing, business, etc.)
  • Experience managing social media for brands
  • Expertise in creating content and building community on social media
  • Proven experience in growing brands on social media through community manangement
