Fluxon is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to drive product delivery. The role is open to candidates based in Bangalore, India. The Staff Software Engineer will guide project delivery, partner with clients, define product requirements, and support a healthy engineering culture. Role Involves:
- Guiding project delivery.
- Partnering directly with clients to understand their needs and achieve business goals.
- Defining product requirements and planning development in partnership with Product and Design teams.
- Supporting the development of a healthy and effective engineering culture.
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Experience leading development through the full product lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Fluent in the design and implementation of scalable system architectures, data structures, algorithms, and effective development practices.
- Exposure to high-profile SV startups and enterprise companies.
