The role involves:

  • Building, growing, and managing online communities.
  • Monitoring conversations and posting content.
  • Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring communications align with brand guidelines.
  • Identifying trending topics and potential influencers.
  • Reviewing and moderating customer posts and messages.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Tracking relevant community data metrics.
  • Acting as the primary contact during the community lifecycle.
  • Reviewing content, managing social media channels, and integrating new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in community engagement.
  • Practical knowledge of managing social media channels.
  • Experience using analytical tools for data-driven decision making.
  • Understanding of creative workflows and social media production processes.
  • Interest in AI technologies.
  • Fluent in English.
