The role involves:
- Building, growing, and managing online communities.
- Monitoring conversations and posting content.
- Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring communications align with brand guidelines.
- Identifying trending topics and potential influencers.
- Reviewing and moderating customer posts and messages.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Tracking relevant community data metrics.
- Acting as the primary contact during the community lifecycle.
- Reviewing content, managing social media channels, and integrating new technologies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in community engagement.
- Practical knowledge of managing social media channels.
- Experience using analytical tools for data-driven decision making.
- Understanding of creative workflows and social media production processes.
- Interest in AI technologies.
- Fluent in English.
