Job Description
InvGate, a growing SaaS company specializing in IT management and service automation, is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager. The role involves leading the long-term relationship and delivery of solutions to a strategic client. The Senior Service Delivery Manager will be the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth implementation, managing expectations, and optimizing collaboration between internal teams and the client. This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City, with periodic travel within the country for client visits.Responsibilities include:
- Managing the delivery of the SaaS solution to a key client.
- Coordinating with internal teams.
- Acting as the main liaison between the client and the company.
- Supervising and mitigating risks and issues.
- Monitoring KPIs related to delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Planning and executing on-site visits to strengthen client relationships.
- Ensuring continuous support and product adoption.
Requirements include:
- Experience in Delivery Management, Customer Success, Consulting, or Project Management in SaaS environments.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Capacity to identify problems and propose strategic solutions.
- Availability to travel and conduct regular client visits.
- Advanced level of English.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management is a plus.
