Senior Service Delivery Manager at InvGate

InvGate, a growing SaaS company specializing in IT management and service automation, is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate will manage the long-term relationship and delivery of solutions to a strategic client. This role involves being the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth implementation, managing expectations, and optimizing collaboration between internal teams and the client. The position is based in InvGate's office in CDMX, requiring periodic travel to Culiacán to strengthen client relationships and ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

• Managing SaaS solution delivery, ensuring goals and deadlines are met.
• Coordinating with internal teams (product, engineering, sales, customer success).
• Acting as the main liaison between the client and the company.
• Supervising and mitigating risks and issues.
• Monitoring KPIs for delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Planning and executing on-site visits.
• Ensuring ongoing support and product adoption.

Requirements:

• Experience in Delivery Management, Customer Success, Consulting, or Project Management in SaaS environments.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Availability to travel.
• Advanced English level.
• Knowledge in agile methodologies and project management is a plus.
