ESN & More is seeking a Manager Order Excellence to join their Commercial Team. In this role, the candidate will manage the end-to-end order process for business partners and ensure its successful implementation. The Quality Group (TQG), uniting the brands ESN and More Nutrition, offers a dynamic environment for professional growth.

Role Involves:

• Processing and managing end-to-end order processes for B2B business partners.
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the order and fulfillment process.
• Ensuring correct order entries in coordination with dispatchers.
• Handling invoicing and processing returns and complaints.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to the order and fulfillment process.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in shipping, industry, or wholesale and foreign trade.
• Experience in order processing.
• Enthusiasm for our products and a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Office applications.
• Good German and English skills.
