Job Description

A fast-moving company is seeking a Software Engineer for their AI-Powered Rapid Development Lab in Hangzhou. The Software Engineer will be responsible for building and iterating on prototypes and MVPs across a diverse product stack, working closely with product managers and marketing professionals, and leveraging AI tools and frameworks to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions in a rapid development environment. The company is creating innovative products in martech, fintech, web apps, websites, crypto, and more.Role involves:

• Utilizing AI-driven development tools to streamline coding, debugging, and iteration on prototypes.
• Developing and maintaining web apps, websites, and backend systems using modern frameworks.
• Integrating AI/ML models into products.
• Building and testing smart contracts or blockchain-based features.
• Optimizing code for performance, scalability, and security in cloud environments.
• Contributing to architecture decisions and adopting best practices in an agile, iterative workflow.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools.
• 2+ years of software development experience, with proficiency in at least one modern stack.
• Fresh Graduates with relevant experience leveraging AI tooling will be considered.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration.
• Knowledge of blockchain development is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, prototype-driven setting.
