Product/Project Manager - AI Powered Rapid Development Lab

Job Description

A fast-moving, AI-leveraged rapid prototyping lab is seeking a Product/Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in Taiwan. The company creates innovative products in martech, fintech, web apps, websites, crypto, and more. The Product/Project Manager will be responsible for aligning teams and delivering prototypes at speed, blending cutting-edge tech with real-world impact.

Role involves:

• Optimizing workflows using AI-augmented project tools
• Defining product vision and roadmaps for various projects
• Coordinating teams to deliver prototypes and MVPs
• Gathering and prioritizing requirements using user feedback and AI-driven analytics
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Communicating progress and risks to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product or project management experience in tech (fresh graduates with relevant AI tooling experience will be considered)
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
• Familiarity with AI-driven project management tools or analytics
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to a prototype-driven setting
