Job Description

A fast-growing, AI-powered rapid prototyping lab is seeking a Product/Project Manager. The company focuses on creating innovative products in marketing technology, financial technology, web applications, websites, and cryptocurrency.

The Product/Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage processes using AI-enhanced tools, and deliver scalable solutions in a rapid development environment.

Responsibilities:

• Optimizing workflows using AI-enhanced project tools.
• Defining product visions and roadmaps for marketing technology, financial technology, web, or cryptocurrency projects.
• Coordinating teams to deliver prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) on time and within scope.
• Collecting and prioritizing requirements through user feedback and AI-driven analysis.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources in an agile, iterative workflow.
• Communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product or project management experience in the tech industry.
• Proficiency in using Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools for project tracking.
• Familiarity with AI-driven project management tools or analytics.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
