Job Description
A rapidly growing rapid prototyping lab that leverages AI technology focusing on creating innovative products in marketing technology, financial technology, web applications, websites, cryptocurrency and other fields is seeking a Product/Project Manager. The Product/Project Manager will be at the heart of company's mission, dedicated to coordinating teams and delivering prototypes at breakneck speed, combining cutting-edge technology with real-world needs.
He/She will lead cross-functional teams, turning ideas from concept into reality. They will work closely with developers, designers and marketing professionals, using AI-enhanced tools to manage processes and deliver scalable solutions in a rapid development environment.
Role Involves:
- Optimizing workflows and tracking progress.
- Defining product vision and roadmaps for projects.
- Coordinating teams to deliver prototypes and MVPs on time and within scope.
- Gathering and prioritizing requirements through user feedback and AI-driven analysis.
- Managing project timelines, budgets and resources in agile, iterative workflows.
- Communicating progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product or project management experience in the tech industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Jira, Trello, Asana or similar tools for project tracking.
- Familiarity with AI-driven project management tools or analysis is a plus.
- Possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and be able to adapt to a prototype-oriented environment.
