A rapidly growing rapid prototyping lab specializing in creating innovative products in marketing technology, financial technology, web applications, and cryptocurrency, is seeking a Product/Project Manager. At the core of the company's mission, the Product/Project Manager will coordinate teams and deliver prototypes at an accelerated pace, merging cutting-edge technology with real-world requirements.
The Product/Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, converting ideas into tangible outcomes. Collaborating with developers, designers, and marketing professionals, this role involves leveraging AI-enhanced tools to manage processes and deliver scalable solutions within a fast-paced development setting.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize workflows, track progress, and prioritize tasks using AI-enhanced project tools.
- Define product vision and roadmaps for marketing technology, financial technology, web, or cryptocurrency projects.
- Coordinate teams to deliver prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) on time and within scope.
- Gather and prioritize requirements through user feedback and AI-driven analysis.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources within agile, iterative workflows.
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product or project management experience in the technology industry, ideally in a fast-paced environment. New graduates with relevant experience using AI tools will also be considered.
- Proficiency with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools for project tracking.
- Familiarity with AI-driven project management tools or analytics will add bonus points.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a prototype-oriented environment.
