Caylent is seeking experienced Project Management professionals (Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Principal Project Manager) to join their Cloud Project Management team. • Managing assigned projects, including goal setting, planning, and execution.
• Acting as Scrum Master, managing sprint progress.
• Scheduling and facilitating Daily Stand-Up meetings.
• Facilitating agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Sprint Retrospectives).
• Collaborating with client Product Owners and Caylent Architects to author technical User Stories.
• Reviewing and approving time submissions and invoices.
• Ensuring forecasting accuracy and budget management.
• Reporting on project scope and budget.
• Identifying and resolving project issues.
• Championing project experience through communication and relationship building.
• Seeking additional growth opportunities.
• Mentoring new team members.
• Assisting in process improvement.

Requirements include:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or professional services managing large-scale programs.
• Prior management of technical engagements (5+ people, $500,000+ budget).
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading projects in Agile/Waterfall environments.
• Experience in forecasting and budget management.
• Ability to identify and manage risks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
