TRG Screen is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Belfast. The company is a leading provider of market data and subscription management technology and automation solutions. The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of customer-facing projects, including new business implementations, platform migrations, and service expansion projects.

The role requires a hybrid player/coach approach, involving both strategic oversight and hands-on project execution. The Program Manager will integrate program management best practices throughout the organization, improve processes to scale project delivery, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced program manager to take a high-profile position in the customer org providing oversight and direction across multiple high impact, customer-facing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and manage the Customer Operations book of work governance model and stakeholder reporting
  • Directly oversee key customer projects while also guiding and supporting project managers and contributors across multiple initiatives.
  • Plan and define the scope of the program and individual projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and track project plans, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
  • Drive efficiency in program execution, continuously improving processes to scale project delivery.
  • Manage risks and issues, proactively identifying challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure seamless platform migrations, driving customer success and adoption post-go-live.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration in support of the customer experience, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally within software implementation, SaaS, or professional services.
  • 5 years of people management experience, including mentoring, coaching, and leading project teams.
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects with a strong focus on client success and adoption.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on project execution (hybrid player/coach approach).
  • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
  • Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Project Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, or Agile) are a plus.
