Appier, an AI SaaS company, is seeking a Finance Manager/Investor Relations to strategically position the company within the investment community and capital market. This role involves mutual communication with global investors, analysts, and stakeholders.

The candidate will also participate in various aspects of finance management within a Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed company.

Responsibilities:

  • Statutory disclosure (draft preparation)
  • Dealing with auditing firms and tax accountants (submission of documents)
  • BoD/EM agenda
  • Corporate governance
  • Management of internal regulations
  • Stock administration
  • Shareholders' meeting secretariat
  • Analysis of financial data
  • Preparation and translation of IR materials (joint)
  • Responding to questions from individual investors (joint)
  • Timely disclosure
  • Stock buybacks, dividends
  • Listing of bank transactions, account management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Finance Manager/Investor Relations or in a similar field
  • Experience within a finance/accounting department of a listed company, corporate department of a bank, or auditing firm/accounting office
  • Native Japanese language skills
  • Conversational English language skills
