Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking a Director of Customer Education & Training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing a global learning strategy to enhance customer engagement. This role involves shaping certification programs, creating self-service resources, and fostering peer-led learning experiences.Responsibilities:
  • Building and executing a scalable, role-based customer learning journey.
  • Developing and operationalizing a multi-level certification strategy.
  • Increasing engagement in Recorded Future University.
  • Aligning education programs with go-to-market strategy.
  • Defining key metrics to track education impact.
  • Leading and evolving a global team.
  • Owning the localization and tech strategy for global delivery.
  • Evaluating and defining the optimal monetization model for customer training.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience designing and scaling integrated customer education programs.
  • Track record of leading global teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Experience building or managing certification programs.
  • Ability to define and track education metrics tied to customer outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience within a SaaS environment; cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias toward building scalable systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
