Staff Product Manager - Growth at Shakepay

Shakepay is seeking a Staff Product Manager - Growth to drive their product-led growth strategy. The role involves reporting to the CEO and taking full ownership of increasing Shakepay’s reach, activation, engagement, and retention across the consumer product. This is a hands-on position that requires leading experiments, understanding customer behavior, and shaping how Canadians adopt and use bitcoin.

Role involves:

• Defining and leading Shakepay’s product growth strategy.
• Translating insights and strategy into compelling narratives.
• Partnering with engineering and design to identify and build growth loops.
• Collaborating with marketing to align growth product efforts.
• Working closely with data and research to uncover deep insights into user behavior.
• Owning and driving initiatives end-to-end.
• Communicating product strategy and progress with executive leadership.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a product manager in mobile-first technology companies, ideally in fintech or consumer marketplaces.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• A proven track record of leading successful product-led growth initiatives.
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven.
• Experience with growing adoption at scale.
• Comfortable operating autonomously.
• Deep curiosity about bitcoin, financial services, and the future of money.
