Collectors is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the PSA EU Operations team in Frankfurt, Germany. This role involves leading end-to-end production and logistics for PSA, from the arrival of collectibles to their shipment. The Director will build and lead the Operations team, contributing to a world-class organization and delighting collectors.

The Director will partner with leaders across Collectors, including operations, product, engineering, facilities, customer support, and sales teams.

What this role involves:

  • Leading on-site operations, logistics, and product processing.
  • Building and training a cohesive, results-oriented team.
  • Scaling operations from thousands to tens of thousands of unique SKUs per year.
  • Owning and delivering on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Throughput, and service KPIs.
  • Providing production planning and coordination.
  • Driving improvement through a CPI mindset.
  • Instilling urgency, pride, and ownership within the team.
  • Working cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Who is ideal for this role:

  • 10+ years of operational and leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to drive business performance in process, logistics, quality, and customer service.
  • Track record of designing and implementing processes for consistency and speed.
  • Collaborative leader with a data-driven approach.
  • Servant leader with change management experience.
  • Authorized to work in Germany.
