Capital on Tap is seeking a Customer Support Team Leader to join their team in Cardiff. Capital on Tap's mission is to help small business owners and make their lives easier. This is a hybrid, part-time role, working 20 hours per week.
The Team Leader will be responsible for driving performance, growth, and engagement within their team. The role involves fostering a supportive and accountable culture. Your success is reflected in your team’s results, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
Role Involves:
- Leading a team of 8 agents.
- Supporting the Customer Support Manager.
- Developing team skills through 1:1s, coaching, huddles, and meetings.
- Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Acting as an escalation point for team support.
- Removing obstacles preventing agents from delivering outstanding service.
Requirements:
- Contact center experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting basic data sets.
