Capital on Tap is seeking a Customer Support Team Leader to join their team in Cardiff. Capital on Tap's mission is to help small business owners and make their lives easier. This is a hybrid, part-time role, working 20 hours per week.

The Team Leader will be responsible for driving performance, growth, and engagement within their team. The role involves fostering a supportive and accountable culture. Your success is reflected in your team’s results, satisfaction, and overall well-being.

Role Involves:

  • Leading a team of 8 agents.
  • Supporting the Customer Support Manager.
  • Developing team skills through 1:1s, coaching, huddles, and meetings.
  • Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Acting as an escalation point for team support.
  • Removing obstacles preventing agents from delivering outstanding service.

Requirements:

  • Contact center experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting basic data sets.
  • A growth mindset.
  • Genuine passion for team development.
  • Confidence in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • A drive for success.
