Overjet, a world-leader in dental AI, is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join their Engineering team. This role involves building valuable software products for insurance and dental practice customers, participating in cross-functional project teams, and executing on the technical direction of projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining impactful software solutions
- Writing efficient and scalable code, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices
- Serving as a key technical partner to cross-functional teams
- Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to process improvement
- Participating in on-call rotations
Requirements include:
- Excellent academic background in Computer Science or a related field
- Significant experience writing code and delivering products
- Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node, GoLang, C#, and Swift
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure
- Experience in cultivating a strong engineering culture in an agile environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
