Job Description
Overjet, a leader in dental AI, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven products aimed at improving oral health. This role involves collaborating with product and cross-functional teams, with significant ownership over the technical delivery of the product roadmap. Overjet encourages in-person collaboration 1-2 times a week in San Mateo, CA, Boston, MA, or NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain impactful software solutions.
- Develop high-performance C# applications for cloud-based imaging and real-time data processing.
- Integrate third-party SDKs & APIs to enhance functionality.
- Optimize cloud scalability & performance.
- Utilize WebSockets and real-time data processing.
- Write efficient, scalable, and high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews.
Requirements:
- Excellent academic background in Computer Science or related field.
- Significant experience writing code and delivering products.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, C#, and Swift.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure.
- Track record of mentoring engineers.
- Experience in cultivating a strong engineering culture.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
