Doctolib is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Growth team, focusing on the Lead to Cash (LTC) process. The Senior Product Manager will design and scale a global Lead to Cash system that accelerates Doctolib’s growth. The role requires balancing short- and mid-term business needs while building a foundation for international expansion.Responsibilities include defining the vision and product strategy for the Lead to Cash process, working with Salesforce engineers, and partnering with other product teams of the Growth stream to deliver impactful solutions. The Senior Product Manager will support key business initiatives at different stages of the sales cycle, simplify and unify the Lead to Cash engine to prepare for international expansion, and collaborate cross-functionally with local and global teams.Doctolib offers competitive health insurance, a dedicated onboarding program, mental health and wellbeing support, parental care programs, subsidies for sports clubs or creative classes, lunch subsidies, a flexible workplace policy, and flexibility days for working in EU countries and the UK.
- Own and define the vision and product strategy for the Lead to Cash process
- Turn strategy into action by working with Salesforce engineers
- Support key business initiatives at different stages of the sales cycle
- Simplify and unify the Lead to Cash engine to prepare for international expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local and global teams
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Expertise in Lead to Cash processes, Billing, or Salesforce-based systems
- Comfort working with complex technical frameworks
- Highly structured approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and execution
- Experience scaling B2B SaaS products internationally
- Fluent in English & French (C1 level minimum)
