Doctolib is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Growth team within the Business Performance domain, focusing on the Lead to Cash (LTC) process. The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and scaling a robust, global Lead to Cash system that accelerates Doctolib’s growth through a profitable model. This role requires balancing short- and mid-term business needs while building a foundation for international expansion.
Responsibilities include: - Owning and defining the vision and product strategy for the Lead to Cash process.
- Turning strategy into action by working with Salesforce engineers and partnering with other product teams.
- Supporting key business initiatives at different stages of the sales cycle.
- Simplifying and unifying the Lead to Cash engine to prepare for international expansion.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with local and global teams.
Requirements include: - 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Expertise in Lead to Cash processes, Billing, or Salesforce-based systems.
- Comfort working with complex technical frameworks.
- Highly structured approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Experience scaling B2B SaaS products internationally.
- Fluency in English & French (C1 level minimum).
