The Account Executive will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful deal closure. They will be responsible for revenue generation (MRR) and regional growth. This individual will play a crucial role in analyzing the needs of healthcare professionals, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating how Doctolib's digital solutions can benefit them. They will also track performance using Salesforce to refine their sales strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing
  • Being responsible for revenue and growth in the designated region
  • Consulting with doctors to understand needs
  • Tracking performance using Salesforce

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B
  • Excellent acquisition and pitching skills
  • Ability to sell with passion and convince with a professional demeanor
  • Results oriented and highly organized
  • Fluency in German (C1 or higher)
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel
