Level.works is seeking a Junior Developer to join their international development team in Rotterdam. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving technical challenges and making an impact within a fast-growing scale-up. The Junior Developer will collaborate with a team split between Rotterdam and Czech Republic, working on the development and enhancement of Level.works' platform that connects people with flexible work.

Role Involves:

  • Building and improving platform features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Fixing bugs and writing clean, scalable code
  • Collaborating with marketing, product owners, and other developers in sprints
  • Contributing to technical choices and platform scalability
  • Learning from experienced colleagues and proposing improvements
  • Contributing to a dynamic product

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or completed bootcamp) in software development or a technical field
  • Some programming experience (e.g., internships, projects, or personal work; GitHub is a plus)
  • Eagerness to learn, self-reliance, and willingness to ask questions
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
