Job Description
Venn is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to facilitate and motivate the implementation process for enterprise customers. This role involves collaborating with various departments to launch the Venn platform, managing project timelines and budgets, and identifying process improvement areas. The Senior Implementation Manager will also contribute to department strategy and team development.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute day-to-day implementation activities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Conduct complex enterprise-level solution configurations.
  • Lead client-facing meetings and training sessions.
  • Manage communications and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and customer success teams.
  • Track budget, timelines, and tasks.
  • Identify areas for process improvement.
  • Identify skill gaps and create development plans.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading and managing enterprise-level SaaS implementations.
  • Prop-tech, real estate technology, multi-family or startup experience preferred.
  • Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Independent and organized project manager.
  • Creative and strategic problem-solver.
  • Collaborative team-player.
  • Skilled customer-relationship manager.
  • Expert verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite collaboration tools.
  • Experience using project management tracking tools.
