GoFundMe is seeking a Customer Care Specialist proficient in English and German to join their team in Poland. This role involves providing exceptional customer support via live messaging and email, potentially including phone support, to users worldwide. The Customer Care Specialist will address complex support needs, troubleshoot issues, and champion customer feedback to improve the GoFundMe experience. The role requires occasional work from the Warsaw office.

The role involves:

  • Helping customers raising or giving money for various causes.
  • Providing customer support via live messaging & email.
  • Troubleshooting bank transfer verification.
  • Navigating sensitive social dynamics related to fundraising.
  • Optimising customer success through effective use of the GoFundMe product.
  • Championing customer feedback to improve the GoFundMe experience.
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects or tasks.

Requirements:
