- Providing exceptional customer support via live messaging and email.
- Troubleshooting bank transfer verification.
- Navigating sensitive social dynamics related to fundraising.
- Optimising customer success through effective use of the GoFundMe product.

- Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1 or above).
